Social Responsibility
Pivotal to our social responsibility commitment is our 'Making a Difference' initiative which celebrates the contribution of our staff to the children, parents, communities, teams and environments with whom, or in which, we work.
It is aimed at encouraging our staff to consider every day how the small things they do make a difference to others.
The scheme recognises both individuals and teams for exceptional work done to make a difference to others, whilst the sharing of ideas and best practice helps our nurseries to develop this culture.
The highlight of the program is 'Making a Difference' week where staff and children carry out activities to help the local community, this could be anything from planting bulbs in the local park to taking cookies to the local old folks home.
